Shipping
Currently our web shop only processes orders in The Netherlands. If you require delivery to another country inside the EU/EEC, please contact us directly for more information.
Shipping costs
Within the Netherlands, orders weighing less than 100 kg are shipped via PostNL. Shipping costs are calculated when you enter your shipping address in the order form.
Orders over 100 kg are shipped on a pallet. The shipping cost for a pallet is € 85. Pallet orders are delivered on weekdays between 09:00 and 18:00. We will contact you to arrange the delivery time.
For orders of €200 or more, shipping is free (within the Netherlands only). Shipping costs are calculated when you enter your shipping address in the order form.
Delivery times
We hand craft most of our products when you order them, so things might take a little time. Please allow for 5 to 10 working days for delivery.
Hand-made products, available on back-order
Many of our products, especially the coloured products, are hand made for you when you order them. This is why you might see that a products is not ‘In stock’, but only ‘available on back-order’. Making products by hand takes a bit of time. On average we ship our orders between 5 to 10 working days.

If you are planning a big project and you are looking for larger amounts of our materials, please contact us for possible discounts, delivery times and shipping cost calculations.
Broken or missing delivery?
Sometimes something goes wrong during shipping. Did you receive a damaged product or is something missing from your order? Please make photographs of any damage and let us know about the problem as soon as possible. Please include your order number in your message.
Packaging
To help the environment and save some costs, we recycle our packaging materials as much as possible.
